In the regulation on the description and systematization of jobs UDCK is the systematic Central Administration Department which works within budget and finance sector, the sector of personnel, legal offices, procurement offices and service support. 

Department of Administration primarily conducts planning and spending budget, prepares all necessary regulations for UDCK -in, performs all personnel, annual procurement plan and its implementation during the year and performs all technical and hygienic in UDCK.
