Department of Oral Surgery

Activities


At the Clinic of Oral Surgery, all surgical interventions of the oral cavity are conducted, starting from teeth extraction to the surgical interventions as part of paraprosthetic surgery. 

The clinic includes the ambulant premises that hosts the consular examinations, tooth extractions and the most complicated cases in patients conferred from the field or from the primary and secondary health service, as well as the operative part outfitted with contemporary equipment for conducting the above mentioned surgical interventions. 

The Clinical and scientific activities in this clinic are conducted by five specialists of Oral Surgery with different science degrees, in cooperation with the assisting staff that consists of seven nurses.

Practical and theoretical teaching is also practiced  for students of graduate and post-graduate levels in a time span of three years.
